NEGATIVE APPROACH (Detroit/ Taang)
Negative Approach, from Detroit, Michigan, were one of the early hardcore bands in the Midwest. Pioneers of a brutal, nihilistic, and angry style of punk, they are regarded by many as "the greatest hardcore band ever." It's certainly a bold statement, but one that is also difficult to dispute.

Punch is a thrashcore band based in San Francisco, California, recognizable by fast, heavy sound with pulverizing breakdowns, intelligent song structures and absolutely plastering vocals. Their debut EP, Eyeless (2008), self titled LP (2009) and second LP, Push Pull (2010) are joint releases on record labels 625 Thrashcore and Discos Huelga. Their latest EP Nothing Lasts (2011) was released by 625, Discos Huelga and Deathwish Inc. They have toured the US, Japan, Australia, and Europe.

This band is one part Spazz, one part His Hero Is Gone, and one part Amebix. Hailing from the steel city of Pittsburgh, the band was born to be heavy. Lacking colleagues in their own city, Heartless largely stands alone in their sound and their town.
